Your first appointment with Dr. Freydenfeldt may be the most important one of all.  The Initial Assessment takes approximately 45-60 minutes, depending on the complexity of your health history.  This first appointment will include the following components to ensure we have the best picture of your current state of health:

​

  • Complete personal and family history review

  • Postural screening and assessment

  • Heart Rate Variability and Spinal Thermography

  • Orthopedic and Spinal assessment(s) as needed

Insurance, Rates and FAQ's

​

We want you to have the incredible experience you deserve!  Pure Chiropractic has been serving the greater Concord community with the highest level of care since 2019 and we strive to keep this commitment to all of our patients, now and in the future.​

​

Do you accept my insurance? Like many providers, we do not work with any insurance plans.  Many of our clients choose to use their HSA/FSA benefits or take advantage of our affordable cash rates.

 

Do you accept Medicare assignments? Dr. Freydendfeldt is in the process of receiving her provider number with Medicare, but at this time is unable to accept taking care of any patients over the age of 65.  If this applies to you and you would like to be put on a wait list or want a referral to local chiropractor that can work with Medicare, please e-mail us and we will be more than happy to help you out.

What are your rates? 

  • New patient exams are $130.  If it has been more than 3 years since you have been seen at Pure Chiropractic, you will need to schedule a New Patient Exam.

  • A Re-Exam is $65.  These are typically completed every 12th visit.  If it has been more than 6 months since your last appointment, you will need a longer appointment to re-evaluate your current health status.

  • Regular office visits are $50.  We do offer family discounts and pre-pay plans for our dedicated patients.  Please contact us for further information if you have any additional questions.

Can I get an appointment today? We operate by appointment only. We can typically get existing patients in the same day and Dr. Alisha often has a short wait for New Patients.  You can either use the online booking link above or call/text to inquire about availability. 

​

How long are the appointments? All appointments are one-on-one with Dr. Alisha.  Your New Patient evaluation will be your longest appointment and takes approximately 45-60 minutes, depending on your health history and number of concerns.  Re-examinations take 30 minutes and a regular office visits take 15 minutes.
